Do you want knives that will last forever, I might be able to help you out. Im a sales rep, for a company called CUTCO. These knives are made from 440a surgial stainless steel, and are under gone 3 heat treatments all other knives companys could do this, but we are the only one that does. We also have a keen edge on all the knives, with a patened double D edge on almost every knife, the Double D edge means that it cuts from the 3 edges not the points so it does not dull, stratched and there for it stays sharp and last a lot longer. Another good point to the Double D is that these knives can be resharpened , unlike any serrated edge knife. Just send it back to cutco and they will resharpen it at no cost.
