1 cup peppermint leaves
1 cup dried alfalfa leaves

Cook.Mix.Drink.

Lemon~Mint Aide
1/2 cup dried peppermint leaves
1 cup dried alfalfa
3 tablespoons dried lemon balm leaves
3 tablespoons lemon rind.

Cook all in boiling water and drink.
