INTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING INCLUDES:
* Masking all floor,windows, doors, hardware and furniture as neessary
* Removing all nails from walls and repairing holes/cracks
* Removing all dirt and debris from walls and baseboards
* Sanding and caulking as necessary
* Removal of wall paper
* Apply high quality interior paint finish coat

EXTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING INCLUDES:

* Patch repair surfaces to uniform finish
* Replace and repair damages, caulk stationary seems
* Full primer coat to all surfaces (not to be confused with spot priming)
* Wood will be hand brushed
* Apply high quality finish coat
